LERC’s Lean management education includes a range of executive short courses designed to provide flexible and time-effective means to quickly gain knowledge of some of the key principles and tools.  They are suitable for a wide range of personnel who are involved in planning or implementing lean programmes.

As well as the open courses listed here, we also design bespoke courses for organisations, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances, which can range from just a few days to a long term programme taking place over several months.
