Key Speakers & Topics (as at May, 2012)

George Koenigsaecker (Simpler Consulting), Keynote Speaker: 'Leading the Lean Enterprise Transformation'

Mr. Koenigsaecker will share many of the key leadership "lessons learned" from his personal experience, as either President or Group President, in starting 13 Corporations on the path to a lean transformation.  This will include key themes outlined in his book "Leading the Lean Enterprise Transformation".  The comments will focus on those leadership practices that are essential to lean success, but are often either not on the usual list of western management practices or, are opposite of what we are often taught to do as western leaders.

John Bicheno had this to say about our keynote presenter: "The keynote will be given by George Koenigsaecker. George is a key figure in Lean having led the Lean transformation at both Danaher and HON. His cases were written up in ‘Lean Thinking’. Several MSc alumni will have heard his dynamic presentations at AME Conference and read his book ‘Leading the Lean Enterprise Transformation’. George is now a principal at Simpler consulting."
