Dr. Maneesh Kumar is a Lecturer in Service Operations at Cardiff Business School. Before joining Cardiff, he was a Lecturer at Edinburgh Napier University. His PhD research focussed on the application of Six Sigma in UK manufacturing SMEs from the University of Strathclyde. His other degrees include a Masters in Research (2005) from Glasgow Caledonian University and a B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineering (2004) Ranchi University, India. Maneesh has considerable experience in delivering these programmes and the feedback he receives is always excellent, so we’re delighted that he is going to be delivering this programme for Cardiff Business School.
