Barry joined LERC in 2005 from Tesco where he had been a lean champion. His early career involved a variety of roles in logistics an ddistribution.

An accountant originally, John qualified as a "Lean and Six Sigma Expert" through the Renault Institute of Quality Management and as a "Jonah" through the Goldratt Institute.

Keivan joined the centre in 2004, after completing his Masters degree at Warwick University in Engineering Business Management.

Mark is a Senior Research Associate at the Centre. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies and an MBA and PhD from Cardiff University.

Owen James was part of the first MSc in Lean Operations intake at Cardiff in 1999, and joined the centre in 2000, where he has since been involved in LEARN2 and the Accelerate Wales initiative. He is currently woring on the eLean Project
